Since the beginning of 2008 we have had 3,609 unique visitors to the website (2,913 first time visitors and 696 returning) with 9,416 pages viewed.

SEND GARDENING SOCIETY Send Gardening Society Annual Show will be held on Saturday 19 September at the Church Rooms. A copy of the show schedule and entry form are available either online (email catherine.davey@stevens-bolton.co.uk and in the heading just put Send Gardening Society Show Schedule Request or contact Ivan Toghill on 01483 715417. Any one can enter even if they are not members. The entry fee is 40p per entry for non-member entries and 20p for member entries. Children's entries will be 20p regardless of whether parents are members. We have expanded the domestic classes. Looking ahead to the 7 October meeting Marie-Elaine of Clandon Garden Centre is speaking. She is a superb speaker and her subject will be late summer/autumn planting. She will bring a few trays of plants from the Clandon Garden centre to illustrate her talk and these will be for sale afterwards. After her talk and while we have tea we hope to have  some pumpkin tarts for people to try. There will also be a display of various types of pumpkins and some recipes for people to take home. The annual AGM and Christmas party will take place on Thursday (note change of day) 3 December 2009. We have speaker meetings 4 / 5 times a year - first Wednesday in February,April, June and October and a garden party in August. Membership is £3.50 (individual) and £5.00 (couple).
