Send Parish Council

Send Parish Council have responsibility to administrate the affairs of the Send community. 

Meets on the third Monday of each month, in the Upstairs room of The Lancaster Hall.

The meetings commence at 7.45 p.m. with the first fifteen minutes being for members of the public to ask any questions or raise problems. The meeting then starts thereafter at 8.00 p.m.

Send Parish Precept 2009/10 Send Parish Council reduce council tax by 25%. Read link for further information.

 

The Campaign for the Preservation of Rural England would appreciate help with their campaign to raise awareness of rural matters with candidates and then MPs elected in May 2010.  Links to their manifesto and a suggested letter appear on the right hand side of this page.

 

 

 

Lancaster Hall Roof
Work is about to be carried out on the Lancaster Hall roof, funded by the Parish Council which had been planned for in this financial year.
