Debbie Hurdle
Debbie Hurdle, Send Parish Clerk
Debbie has lived in Send nearly all her life.  (When Send First School and Vision Engineering were celebrating their 50th anniversaries, Debbie was doing the same!)
Debbie met her husband Mike (well known as the voice of the May Fair and the Annual Send Marsh Bonfire) at SADS and they have 3 grown up children.  Debbie attended both the Send schools (although the Junior School was in the big house in School Lane off Send Hill then).  Mike taught at St Bedes for 7 years and Debbie was a childminder in the village for 13 years.  The family attends Send Evangelical Church.
Debbie enjoys her very varied and interesting job working as Send Parish Clerk. “I’m pleased to work for such dedicated people who care about the village they live in”.

Lancaster Hall fascia after painting
Lancaster Hall
Work was carried out on the Lancaster Hall roof in 2010.  Work on the fascia was also carried out 2011.  These works were funded by the Parish Council.
