While no-one wants to think about their pet dying, death is a part of life. The third option is to use the ashes in something that you can wear or use. Generally this is going to be in the form of blown glass ornaments or jewellery, but there are other materials in use as well. These items are special ordered and each will generally take a teaspoon or so of ashes, allowing for a large number of items to be made depending on the size of the cremains. Glass is blown and the ashes are added as it is cooling to ensure that they can be seen.

As you can see, there are a large number of options available when cremating your pet. Less popular but still valid choices include planting the ashes underneath a tree or even having them flown into space by one of the companies specializing in this service.

Generally if you want to make sure that your pet will be able to always be with you and that you never have to worry about where they are buried, cremation is going to be your best bet. Being ready ahead of their death will ensure that you can enjoy your last days with them without worry and is something that all pet owners need to consider whilst their pet is fit and healthy.
